By producing all steel structures in-house, BANG Kransysteme is able to meet the exacting requirements placed on our products. Seamless quality management in accordance with DIN EN 1090 ensures continuous quality control throughout the entire production process.
The new workshop on BANG Kransysteme’s crane campus is equipped with the latest machinery. A cutting system using autogenic and 3D plasma technology enables quick and precise cutting with integrated weld seam preparation. All plates and profiles are cleaned using a modern continuous blasting system.
- Prior to further processing, the components are prepared using a straightening roll, to ensure that even strict tolerances are adhered to. A shot blasting centre is available (30.0 x 10.0 x 8.0 m) for cleaning components by means of steel shot blasting, prior to the coating.
- The paint shop (30.0 x 10.0 x 8.0 m) is designed in accordance with the strictest environmental and health standards and is certified accordingly.
- The workstation lighting, producing 5,000 lux, ensures optimal conditions for maximum quality. This ensures a long product life, even in harsh environmental conditions.
